Frequently asked questions
Does mirror mode reverse the controls?
No. Only the spoken script is flipped horizontally. Page numbers, timer, and buttons remain readable.
How is scroll speed measured?
The slider controls display movement in pixels per second, not spoken words per minute. Font size, screen size, and manual scrolling change the reading pace.
Can I pause or change pages with a keyboard?
Yes. Focus the reading display, then press Space to play or pause, Up/Down for paragraphs, and Left/Right for pages. Buttons remain available by keyboard and touch.
What happens when I hide the tab?
Playback pauses and the rehearsal timer stops. Return to the tab and press Play to continue.
Is the script saved or recorded?
No. The script stays only in browser memory. This tool does not record video, use a camera, upload text, or save automatically.
What are the script limits?
The editor accepts up to 20,000 characters and 20 nonempty pages. A line containing only --- divides pages; blank lines divide paragraphs. An empty page is reported as an error.
