Terms of Service
Effective: January 1, 2025
These Terms govern your use of Tani DevTool (the "Service"), including the rights and obligations of users and the operator. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 — Purpose & Definitions
- •'Service' means the collection of free web utilities provided at teck-tani.com.
- •'User' means any person who accesses the Service and uses any of its tools.
- •'Content' means all text, images, UI elements, and other material produced by the operator and displayed on the Service.
Article 2 — Provision of the Service
- •The Service is free and open to anyone without account registration.
- •Tools run inside your browser; input data is not transmitted to the Service's servers.
- •Some tools call external APIs (e.g., lottery draws, IP lookup), and the availability of those APIs depends on their providers.
- •The operator may modify or suspend all or part of the Service for reasons such as improvements, technical changes, or legal compliance.
Article 3 — User Obligations
- •Users must use the tools only for lawful purposes.
- •Tools must not be used to infringe the rights of others or to create / distribute illegal content.
- •Automated tools, scrapers, or malicious bots that place abnormal load on the Service are prohibited.
- •Artificially clicking, blocking, or manipulating advertisements is prohibited.
Article 4 — Limitation of Liability
- •The Service is provided 'AS IS', without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
- •The operator is not liable for any damages or consequences arising from use of the tools.
- •In particular, the results of finance / tax / medical / legal tools are for reference only and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before any real-world decision.
- •The operator is not responsible for service interruptions caused by external API outages, server maintenance, force majeure, or other causes beyond the operator's control.
Article 5 — Advertising
- •The Service displays advertisements via Google AdSense.
- •Ads are placed so as not to directly interfere with tool usage; interstitial (full-screen) ads are not used.
- •Products or services shown by advertisers are not endorsed by the operator; any transaction is a direct contract between the advertiser and the user.
- •Ad-related reports can be submitted via the [Contact](contact) page.
Article 6 — Intellectual Property
- •Copyright in the Service's UI, logo, text, images, and other content belongs to the operator.
- •Outputs that users create with the tools (e.g., QR codes, converted files, generated passwords) belong to the user.
- •Content may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without the operator's prior consent.

Article 7 — Privacy
Handling of user personal information is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

- •The operator may amend these Terms due to changes in law, Service policy, or similar reasons.
- •When the Terms change, the effective date on this page will be updated and material changes will be announced.
- •If the user continues to use the Service after the effective date of the changes, the user is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 9 — Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute related to the Service shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over the operator's address as the court of first instance.
These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2025.
