Photo Collage
Arrange multiple photos in rows and columns to create a comparison board, event collage or contact sheet. Every cell has the same dimensions, while each photo can keep its full frame or use a centered crop. Review the generated composition before downloading one PNG.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from merging images?
Image merging produces a single vertical or horizontal strip. This tool arranges photos in a two-dimensional grid and lets you choose how each photo fits its cell.
Does cover cut off part of a photo?
Yes. Cover crops equally from opposite sides to fill the cell without distortion. Contain retains the full image, showing the chosen background in any unused space. Both modes may resize photos to the cell dimensions.
What happens if there are more photos than cells?
Generation stops with a clear error. Increase the rows or columns, or remove photos. Photos are never silently discarded. Unused cells remain filled with the background color.
What are the file and memory limits?
Up to 16 static PNG, JPEG or WebP images are supported. Each file must be at most 20 MiB, 8,192 pixels per side and 20 million pixels. All source files together are limited to 80 MiB and 40 million decoded pixels. The output also has an 8,192px side and 20 million pixel limit.
Are transparent pixels retained?
Transparent pixels are composited onto your chosen opaque background. The PNG includes that background, padding and all empty cells. The source files are not modified.
Can I change photo order or replace the examples?
Use the earlier and later buttons on each image card. New files are appended; the examples button replaces all current photos with three generated images. Clear releases all sources. Reset restores only layout settings.
Privacy
Images and the composed collage are processed in the current page's browser memory. This tool does not send images to a server or automatically save them in browser storage. Only the PNG you choose to download is saved to your device.
