Random Nickname Generator
Build playful nickname ideas by combining a descriptive word with a noun. Nature, space and cozy themes each have their own word lists in Korean and English. English words join in PascalCase, while Korean words join without spaces. Length filtering and optional two- or three-digit endings help you explore names for different display-name limits.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from generating a real name?
This tool combines descriptive words and nouns, such as QuietOtter or 고요한수달. It does not assemble family names and personal-name syllables. The three themes use separate small word banks intended for nickname ideas.
How is nickname length measured?
Length counts Unicode code points in the generated name, including every digit. The built-in Korean syllables and English letters each count as one. Choose a minimum and maximum between 2 and 24. This is a character count, not a UTF-8 byte limit, and some services apply different rules.
Are all generated names unique and available?
Complete names are unique within the current batch. A later generation or another user can receive the same name. Different names in one batch can share the same adjective, noun or base name when numeric endings differ. No account-availability, trademark or worldwide uniqueness check is performed.
How many combinations are available?
Each language and theme has 8 adjectives and 10 nouns, giving 80 base combinations. Two digits expand this to 8,000 and three digits to 80,000 before length filtering. You can request up to 30 names at once. Filters may leave fewer candidates or none; the page displays the available count.
What randomness does it use?
Normal generation uses the browser’s crypto.getRandomValues source, rejects the biased remainder of the 32-bit range, and samples candidate indices without replacement. It does not fall back to Math.random if that source fails. The example has a fixed, explicitly labeled order. A small public nickname word bank is not a password generator.
Can I export the results or recover them later?
Copy one name or the whole list, select the text manually, or download a UTF-8 TXT with one name per line. Clipboard restrictions can prevent automatic copying. Results are only kept in the current page; changing settings clears them, and refreshing or leaving the page loses them unless you export them.
Privacy
Settings and generated nicknames stay in this page’s memory. They are not sent to a server or tool analytics events, stored automatically, or checked against outside accounts. Copy and TXT download export only the selected result to your clipboard or device.
