Frequently asked questions
Does it support Korean Morse code?
No. This converter supports Latin A–Z, digits, and the listed punctuation. Other scripts produce an error.
How do I separate letters and words?
Use spaces between Morse letters and / between words. For example, ... --- ... means SOS, while ... / --- means S O.
Which punctuation marks are supported?
Period, comma, question mark, apostrophe, exclamation mark, slash, parentheses, &, :, ;, =, +, -, _, double quote, $, and @ are supported. A slash character itself is encoded as -..-.
Are letter case and line breaks preserved?
Decoded text is uppercase. Encoding collapses repeated spaces, tabs, and line breaks to one word boundary, so original formatting is not preserved.
