Habit Progress Tracker
Define habits and mark completed or rest days on the calendar. Weekly rest days and individual rest records bridge a streak without increasing its completed-day count. Move an entry to correct a mistaken date without overwriting another entry. Today rolls over at midnight in the selected time zone.

Frequently asked questions
Do rest days break a streak?
No. Weekly rest weekdays and individual rest records bridge completed scheduled days. They are excluded from the completion numerator. An optional completion on a weekly rest day remains an extra record but does not increase the streak.
Does my streak disappear if I have not completed today yet?
No. The current streak is held until today ends in the selected time zone. If that day remains uncompleted after the next local midnight, it breaks the streak.
How do I correct a record made on the wrong date?
Choose the date in the recorded-days list, change its date field and apply. If the destination already has a record, the move is rejected without replacing either entry. Choose Remove record to delete one.
Does changing the time zone move my past records?
No. Records retain the civil calendar dates you entered. Changing zones changes only the boundary for today and derived current summaries; it does not reinterpret old dates as UTC timestamps.
Is my work automatically saved?
No. Edits stay in page memory until you explicitly choose Save in this browser, which writes localStorage. Saved data is not automatically loaded either. Downloading a JSON backup is recommended.
Can I import the CSV later?
CSV contains habit summaries and explicitly recorded days for sharing; it does not create rows for unmarked days. Save and import the version 1 JSON project for continued editing.
Privacy
Inputs are processed in this browser page's memory and are not sent to a server. Only an explicit Save in this browser action writes localStorage; only chosen JSON/CSV downloads create local files. There is no automatic save or restore.
